Serving the Sacramento County Sheriff Since 1941

Welcome to the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Air Squadron. As an official Department affiliate, the Squadron assists our Sheriff in aviation transportation logistics and is ready to participate in disaster support during County emergencies.

The Squadron is composed of both pilots and volunteers who meet monthly at the Sacramento Executive Airport headquarters. Flight missions include field visits to law enforcement and aviation sites. Monthly meetings include speakers from both aviation and law enforcement backgrounds.

Guests are welcome to attend Squadron meetings. Information regarding Squadron activities is available via a monthly Newsletter which can be accessed on this web site.

From The Commander

Hi, thanks for your interest in our Air Squadron. As Commander, I look forward to meeting you at an upcoming meeting. No matter what your age you will find great flying experiences and social activities with our group.
